A California man at the Ocean Beauty Seafoods plant in Excursion Inlet was picked up on a $10,000 warrant issued by the state of Alaska on Tuesday at 2:25 pm.

27-year-old Stockton, California resident Victor Lopez, Jr, was located by investigators for the state of California on charges of Dangerous Drugs.

The information from those investigators was passed on the the Alaska State Troopers and a warrant was issued by the state of Alaska for his arrest.

Lopez is wanted on an outstanding California warrant on drug charges with a stated bail of $610,000.

Lopez was arrested by troopers on the $10,000 Fugitive from Justice warrant and transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Facility in Juneau where he is being currently held.
