Saxman 16-Year-Old Arrested after ATV on Street Report

Ketchikan-based Staqte Troopers took a 16-year-old male into custody and tranpsorted him to the Kitchikan Regional Youth Facility after receiving a call of ATVs being driven on the roads in Saxman on Sunday.

Troopers responded to Saxman after receiving the call and contacted an 11-year-old and a 16-year-old riding on the streets with ATVs.

Both boys were given warnings regarding the operation of ATVs on the streets and the ATVs were released to their parents.

But, the 16-year-old was found to have an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving without a license and so was arrested on that charge.
