Following an interview with another underage victim in the Seth Loggins sexual abuse investigation, Alaska State Troopers announced that he has been indicted on an additional count of SAM I by a Palmer Grand Jury on Thursday.
Loggins was indicted by a Grand Jury on April 27th on 16 counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor I and one count of Assault II following an investigation began on April 15th. He has also been charged with eight counts of harassment for his actions against his victims.
Loggins was arrested on April 18th and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer. Vinelink shows Loggins remains in custody with his bail set at $50,000 cash/corporate and $250,000 cash performance.
He is scheduled for trial on July 2nd.
