Wasilla State Troopers contacted a Wasilla teen passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle which was parked in the middle of Grantham Road early Sunday Morning.
When Bureau of Highway Patrol and Palmer Troopers roused the young man behind the wheel, 19-year-old Logon Wolcott of Wasilla, they found that he was under the influence of drugs.
After determining that Wolcott had been operating the vehicle while impaired, he was arrested for DUI-Drugs. Upon his arrest, he was found to be in possession of the synthetic drug, Spice.
Wolcott was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer. While there, it was found that Wolcott had been arrested less than a month ago on the same charges. His bail was set at $3,000 with a court approved third party custodian.
