In a plea agreement in Yakutat District Court on Thursday, Rube L. Evens, Rube M. Evens, and Derek Dalton pled "no contest" to Taking Big Game from a Boat and Unlawful Possession of Illegally-Taken Game stemming from charges filed after an investigation completed late last month.
Late Saturday evening at 9:45 pm, a REDDI report was called in to the Alaska State Troopers in Soldotna on a white PT Cruiser in the Gaswell Road area.
A report of an aircraft emergency landing in the Saginaw Channel northwest of Juneau went in to the troopers on Sunday morning.
Alaska State Troopers and EMS from Sutton recieved a report and responded to the scene of an ATV accident on the Glenn Highway at mile 61.5 at 2:09 am on early Saturday morning.
