After contacting Olson, the authorities seized Olson’s luggage and obtained search warrants.
Olson attempted to rid herself of the evidence by slipping the drugs into the pocket of a by-stander, according to reports. The report goes on to say that Olson later attempted to conceal the evidence by dropping it into the baseboard heater at the police station.
Olson was found to be in possession of fifteen 30mg tablets of Oxycodone, which is a schedule IA controlled substance.
Olson was arrested and charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance II and Tampering with Physical Evidence. She was jailed with a $15,000 bail.
