On Friday morning, 911 callers reported that their driver was extremely intoxicated.
911 calls went in to the Alaska State Trooper Dispatch in Soldotna at 8:50 am from several passengers on a Cruise Transfer bus traveling from Seward to Anchorage.

The callers reported that the driver was extremely inebriated and refused to pull the bus over when asked.
It wasn’t until 9:10 am that the driver finally submitted to the passenger’s request to pull over.
911 callers to the troopers informed them that the driver had stopped the bus and was now walking along the highway at mile 12 of the Seward Highway.
Troopers responded and their investigation revealed that 33-year-old Anchorage resident Steven McKinley was intoxicated and he was arrested at the scene.
McKinley was arrested on one count of DUI and 46 counts of Reckless Endangerment.
