Alaska State Troopers report that they are investigating a fatal house fire that occurred in Perryville on Wednesday but also report that say that there is nothing suspicious about the blaze.

It is reported that 56-year-old Norman Lind died in the fire. Another person waas injured. That person was transported to Dillingham for treatment of their injuries.

Lind’s remains were turned over to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy.

Lind’s next of kin were notified of the incident.
