At 6:30 PM on Sunday evening, the Alaska State troopers were notified, via a call from Iliamna, that a 29-year-old male, identified as Lee Ludvick, of that community, “was observed shooting into his residence window and door while his parents and a friend were inside,” the trooper dispatch reports. It was reported that he was using a high-powered rifle
Troopers were also told “that no one would respond to the residence.” when the parent’s cell phone was called, and Ludvick answered and hung up, South-Central SERT responded to the community via state aircraft.
As the evening progressed, both parents would eventually exit the residence. But, after leaving the residence, they were uncooperative with the investigation, trooper’s report.
It wasn’t until about 12:15 AM early Monday morning, that “SERT was able to make entry into the residence with a robot and observed the suspect passed out,” the report revealed. It was at that time that SERT entered the building and took Ludvick into custody. When they did so, they found the third person in the residence unharmed.
Ludvick was remanded on charges of Misconduct Involving a Weapon and
