An early-morning single vehicle crash in Palmer’s the life of one, it was reported.
At 5:23 AM on Monday morning, Alaska State troopers received a report of a fatal crash on N. Springfield Road, they responded to the scene and conducted an investigation at the scene.
“The investigation revealed that the vehicle rolled multiple times and at some point went airborne,” the trooper dispatch reported. 50-year-old Big Lake resident William Wallace was not wearing his seatbelt and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The State Medical Examiner’s office in Anchorage also responded to the scene and took possession of Wallace’s remains for autopsy. Wallace’s next of kin were also notified.
