Troopers would later find the man, now identified as 34-year-old Jason P.B. Geer of Nenana, on the property committing other crimes. He was immediately arrested and transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.
Investigation would find that it was Geer who was responsible for the rash of burglaries that broke out in the area recently. It was determined that Geer had committed several burglaries in the area and had stolen multiple items and had caused damage to several items as well. It was also found that he had stolen an ATV at one of the burglaries that was recovered later at the scene of another burglary.
Geer is being held without bail until arraignment.
