After receiving reports of drug distribution occurring at a residence at Hanson Loop in Wasilla, Alaska State Troopers applied for and received a search warrant for the residence.
On Friday at approximately 3 pm, troopers carried out the search warrant and they discovered that 22-year-old Colton Nerup of Wasilla had been dealing heroin out of the residence. They discovered heroin, scales packaging materials and cash on the premises. He was arrested on charges of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance II.
30-year-old Nichole Nerup, who was at the residence at the time the warrant was served, was found to have heroin in her possession. She was charged with MICS IV.
On the scene as well was 32-year-old Edwin Stoltenberg. Stoltenberg was out on bail on several cases before the court and was required to be in sight and sound of his Court Approved Third Party. His CATP was not present at the scene. He was charged with Violating his Conditions of Release.
51-year-old Diane Withrow, who was listed as Stoltenberg’s third party, arrived at the scene while the investigation was still taking place. She was placed under arrest for Violation of Custodial Duties.
All four individuals were arrested and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and remanded there.
