A Kodiak man who was the subject of an attempted contact by Alaska State Troopers last week due to violations of his probation last week is again being sought by troopers after a woman reported that he was about to harm himself.
Troopers are looking for 35-year-old Teddy Charliaga in Kodiak after receiving information from the Kodiak Police Department Monday. The warrants for violation of conditions of release were issued by probation officers in Kodiak last week.
When last seen, Charliaga was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and tan pants. Troopers warn the public to not attempt to prevent capture or render assistance to Charliaga.Troopers state that persons rendering aid to Charliaga may face charges of Hindering Prosecution.
