Alaska State Troopers assisted Palmer Probations as they conducted a search on a residence on Terrell Drive in Wasilla on Wednesday and arrested three on various charges, according to the trooper dispatch.
At 2:19 pm on Wednesday, Palmer Probation officers did a search on a residence related to a suspected probation violation and called in troopers to assist. During the search of the residence, they would discover that 24-year-old Shandelle Blodgette and 42-year-old Shane Edwards, both of Wasilla, were in “possession of heroin as well as items relating to narcotics distribution,” troopers report.
It would also be found that Edwards had an outstanding felony no bail warrant.
Further search would find that another person contacted at the residence, 48-year-old Donna Buckwalter, had items in her possession which violated her felony probation.
Edwards was arrested for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance II, IV, and V. Blodgett was arrested for hindering prosecution I, and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV and V.
All three individuals were transported tto the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and remanded there with no bail.
