Alaska State Troopers arrested a Wasilla resident after receiving reports from multiple callers of a vehicle crashing into roadside items with its driver impaired.
At 4:35 pm on Saturday, troopers responded to Settlers Bay Sudivision in Wasilla to investigate the calls about the black 2013 Dodge Challenger crashing into trees and garbage cans and running off the road into ditches as it raced though the area.
After a short investigation, troopers were able to locate the driver of the vehicle, who they identified as 26-year-old Lebron Holly. When found, he was hiding inside his residence in South Settlers Bay Drive.
When contacted, troopers determined that Holly had been driving under the influence. Holly was arrested and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was remanded with his bail set at $500.
