Alaska State Troopers are seeking information from the public after an incident that was reported by a woman at the Monson Motel in Fairbanks.
According to the trooper dispatch, a woman staying at the Monson Motel in Fairbanks called troopers to report that she woke up to find a man holding a knife to her throat.
According to the woman, she screamed and kicked the assailant away, but not before he cut her arm. After injuring the unidentified woman, the man fled the area.
The assailant is described as a slim white male standing approximately 6’2″ with light brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a dark sweatshirt and blue jeans according to the report.
Alaska State Trooper are asking the public to call them at (907) 451-5100 if they have any information about this incident or the suspect.
