An Anchorage man arrested and in federal custody after being indicted by a Grand Jury in February was indicted again for drug charges while in custody at the Anchorage Correctional Complex.
In a one count indictment, an Anchorage man was charged with being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm on Thursday according to acting U.S. Attorney Kevin Feldis of the Justice Department.
It was announced by the Alaska State Troopers that funding ended for the search of two snow machiners lost between Kotzebue and Selawik. That funding ended as of 5 pm Wednesday.
It was announced on Thursday by the Alaska State Trooper dispatch that an arrest was made in the death of Trefim Wassillie, who perished in Lake Iliamna and was found by his mother face-down in the lake on September 16th, 2012.
