Kodiak Woman Medevaced from Evergreen Timber Logging Camp with Shotgun Wound to Leg

An employee of Evergreen Timber Camp in Danger Bay was transported to Kodiak from Afognak Island on Sunday by Andrews Air. She had suffered a leg wound from a shotgun blast on the beach near the camp. The incident occurred at about 2:30 in the afternoon.

Tonsina Kayaker Pulled from the Copper River Wedneday

On Wednesday at approximately 7 pm, a 911 call went in to the Alaska State Troopers reporting an overturned kayak with a man in the water in the Copper River.
