Two Talkeetna Men Arrested in November Home Invasion Case

trooperarrestThe trooper dispatch revealed on Tuesday that arrests had been made in the Willow home invasion case dating November 9th where two men entered a residence and assaulted the home-owner and attempted to steal personal property.

Patrol troopers, the Palmer-based Alaska Bureau of Investigation, and the Criminal Suppression Unit arrested 25-year-old Joshua Pate and 45-year-old Lowell Scott Johnson, both of Talkeetna following their investigation of the November incident.

Johnson and Pate were charged with Robbery I, Burglary I, Assault III, and Evidence Tampering.

Both suspects were transported to Palmer, where they were remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility. Johnson was held on $10,000 and Pate was held on $4,000 bail. Both were also subject to Court Approved Third Party requirements.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]
