Alaska State Troopers reported a crash fatality that occurred near Lucille and Schrock in Wasilla that took place at just after 10 am on Sundaqy.

According to the trooper dispatch, 28-year-old Cory J. Johnson was northbound on Lucille Street in a Chevy Trailblazer when he left the roadway and rolled his vehicle into the trees.

Alaska State Troopers responded, and pronounced Johnson deceased at the scene.

The State Medical Examiner’s office also responded to Lucille Street and took possession of Johnson’s remains for autopsy.

Johnson’s next of kin were notified of the incident.
