A Bethel Alaska Army Guard UH-60 helicopter responded to a location 30 miles northeast of Bethel late Thursday afternoon in reference to a commercial aircraft crash and lifted four uninjured survivors to Bethel.

The Yute Air charter PA-32 was en route to Bethel from Aniak with three passengers when it went down after the engine gave out it was reported. All aboard, whose identities were not released, suffered no reported injuries.

The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board was informed of the incident.
