Anchorage police are seeking information in a fatal hit and run incident that took place in Mountain View early on Friday morning.

Police responded to the scene at approximately 1:30 am on Friday morning to find 39-year-old Claudia Kuzakin had been critically injured in what appeared to be a hit and run.

Kuzakin was rushed to a local hospital, but was declared deceased moments after arrival.

Police say that no witnesses came forward with any information on the incident, so there is no description of either the vehicle or the driver. Police are asking that anyone with information in this case to call Crime Stoppers at 561-STOP or Anchorage Police at 786-8900.
