Fairbanks Man Arrested on Warrants Totaling $40,000

image28-04-2014 14.44.40Following a tip in an investigation shortly after noon on Tuesday, Fairbanks-based patrol troopers and troopers with the Special Crimes Unit responded to a Trainer Gate Road address to serve arrest warrants on a person believed to be there.

They arrived at the location and contacted 25-year-old Cody M. Stockton of Fairbanks.

Stockton was wanted on several warrants. Stockton was wanted on a $10,000 Felony Failure to Appear for a Petition to Revoke Probation hearing for the original charge of Assault IV. The second warrant served, also for $10,000, was for Failure to appear on charges of Criminal Trespass I, Violating Conditions of Release and Petition to Revoke Probation. The third $10,000 warrant was issued for Failure to Appear on charges of Theft III. The fourth and final $10,000 warrant was for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Theft II, Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance II x4, and MICS III.

Stockton was arrested and transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center, where he was remanded with his bail set at $40,000.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]
