Do you or someone you know have an idea or dream to own a business? The Path To Prosperity (P2P) competition supports innovative business plan ideas in Southeast Alaska. The 2015 P2P business plan development competition is now open. In round one, applicants must submit an “Apply to Compete” registration form and a description of the business concept.
Path To Prosperity is a collaboration between the Nature Conservancy (Alaska)and Haa Aaní, LLC.
One requirement of the application is that the business concept must be located in Southeast Alaska. “P2P applicants can be existing businesses or start-ups, but do not need to submit a business plan in the first round of the application process,” said Alana Peterson, Haa Aaní, LLC competition administrator. “We want to make the process as straight forward as possible.”
P2P partner, the University of Alaska Southeast School of Management will award each of the 12 finalists a scholarship to attend one (3 credit) course of their choice at the School of Management.
