Palmer Woman Arrested on DUI-Drugs, Endangering Welfare of Infant Child

DUI_Patrol_02A Palmer woman was arrested on charges of Felony DUI-Drugs, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor in the First Degree, and Driving While License Revoked after the vehicle she was driving was reported as a REDDI at 11 pm on Saturday night.

Alaska State Troopers pulled over 37-year-old Cynthia Hardcastle near mile 51 of the Parks Highway and found that she was operating her Chevy Suburban while under the influence of drugs. Troopers also found that Hardcastle had been driving with no license after having previously lost it because of a DUI and also had her infant child with her at the time of the incident.

Hardcastle was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where she was remanded with her bail set at $1,500 and a Court-Approved Third Party Custodian.
