A Soldotna woman was arrested on Disorderly Conduct and Theft of Services after fleeing without paying on Sunday.

Troopers received a call during the early morning hours of Sunday. The caller reported that an intoxicated woman, later identified as 32-year-old Gina R. Konig, had ditched on a cab fare in an Alaska Cab.

After stiffing the first cab driver, Konig jumped into a second cab, then fled on foot without paying that driver as well, troopers reported.

Troopers responded to Gaswell Road and Jones Stub Road, a location Koniag was known to be at, and contacted her there. When contacted, Konig was found to be extremely intoxicated and combative.

After her arrest on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Theft IV, Konig was transported to Kenai, where she was lodged at the Wildwood Pretrial Facility with her bail set at $1,000.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]
