Troopers Arrest Fairbanks Man on Several Warrants at Probation Office

trooperarrestA 31-year-old Fairbanks man was arrested at the Fairbanks Adult Probation office on three outstanding warrants after troopers were contacted and informed that could be found there on Tuesday.

Troopers traveled to the office at 7 am on Tuesday and served the warrants on Fairbanks resident Michael Lorenz. Troopers say “The first warrant was issued for one count of Burglary 1st Degree, two counts of Theft 2nd Degree, one count of Criminal Trespass 1st Degree, and one count of Improper Use of Registration/Title Plates. The second warrant was for one count of Burglary 1st Degree and one count of Theft 2nd Degree. The third warrant was for one count of Burglary 1st Degree and one count of Theft 1st Degree.”

Lorenz was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center and his bail was set at $30,000.
