While attempting to locate Brown at the residence, Brown drove up in his 2001 silver Dodge Ram.
An investigation at the scene found that Brown was driving while his license was revoked. Further, it was found that Brown was driving under the influence of alcohol. It was found that Brown had two prior DUI convictions in the last ten years, making the current DUI charge a felony. Brown would add to his list of offenses a Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
Brown was arrested and charged with Felony DUI and Felony Refusal as well as the warrant.
The Wasilla man was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer where he was remanded. Brown’s bail was set at $15,500 bail plus a Court Approved Third Party Custodian.
