On Tuesday morning at approximately 10:50 am, troopers stopped a 1998 Daihatsu Hi Jet, which is a min-truck, on Full Curl Avenue near Half Curl Drive in Wasilla for failure to have a rear license plate and registration tag.
Troopers contacted the driver, who was identified as 39-year-old Wasilla resident Seth Siver. It was found that Siver’s license was suspended indefinitely because of non-payment of child support.

Further investigation by troopers found that Siver was also in possession of a loaded .44 caliber revolver which he failed to notify law enforcement about when he was contacted. He was charged with Driving with License Suspended and Misconduct Involving a Weapon.
During the incident, Siver began yelling and screaming and creating a disturbance. Troopers further charged him with Disorderly Conduct.
The yelling and screaming alerted his wife, 39-year-old Stacie Siver and his step-son 19-year-old Cody Botelho, who lived just down the street. The two came out of the house and acting extremely disorderly, charged toward the trooper and refused to disperse.
Siver was arrested and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was remanded on $1,000 bail.
Charges were also forwarded to the District Attorney’s office for Stacie Siver and Cody Botelho for Disorderly Conduct.
Siver’s vehicle was impounded and his firearm seized.
