A stop of a suspicious vehicle in Wasilla early on Monday morning would result in the driver and three passengers in the vehicle going to jail, the trooper dispatch reports.
Troopers contacted the driver of a suspicious vehicle on Rue De La Paix Loop in Wasilla at 1 am Monday morning and found that the driver of the vehicle, 32-year-old Luke Douglas had an active warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving while License Revoked.
Troopers than found that a passenger in the vehicle, 25-year-old Daniel Poe also had a warrant for the same offense. When checking another passenger for wants and warrants, they would find that a third person in the vehicle was also wanted for the same offense.
The fourth person in the vehicle, 18-year-old Brianna Thornsen-Ferlaak had two warrants, one for failure to appear on the charge of violation of an Instructional Permit and one for failure to appear for driving without a valid license.
Douglas, Poe, Thornsen-Ferlaak and Scott were subsequently arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where Douglas was held on $100 bail Poe was held without bail, Thorsen-Ferlaak was held on $600 bail and Scott was held on $50 bail.
