On February 11th, 2014, Alaska State Troopers responded to a business on Fattic Drive in Palmer for a report of Theft on the premises.
When they arrived at the business, they found that 23-year-old Michael Osness of Palmer had stolen an XBox 360 from the store.
Osness was later located and arrested on a Theft III charge for the theft of the XBox and was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest for failure to comply on conditions of probation for the original charge of Theft II. That charge stems from a case in May of 2012 when Osness was found guilty of Theft of an Access device.
According to court documents, Osness has been arrested on Theft III charges at least four prior times since the new year, as well as two arrests for driving without a license.
Osness was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded and his bail set at $7,500 and a Court Approved Third Party.
