kodiak troopersFollowing a tip that a man wanted on an $2,500 arrest warrant was at a residence on Teal Way, Kodiak-based Alaska State Troopers, Wildlife Troopers and a roving VPSO responded to the residence to contact a man they identified as 20-year-old Kodiak resident Bryce Beltran, who was wanted for failing to comply with the conditions of his adult probation on Thursday.

Beltran was not initially found at the residence. But, after obtaining a search warrant, authorities would discover Beltran hiding in the home. Troopers would find that 27-year-old Hannah Clark was also at the residence. According to troopers, “she was arrested for violating conditions of release after being previously ordered by the Kodiak Court not to be in direct or indirect contact with Beltran.”

While searching the residence for Beltran, troopers discovered “evidence of narcotic possession and trafficking,” the trooper dispatch reported. As a result of the discovery, Belttran was also charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance II, III, and IV x2.

Clark was arrested on the same charges, plus Hindering Prosecution I, as well as violating her conditions of release.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]
